I was doing them on YouTube for the longest time, and then in this app it just makes it so easy and a little elevated. Also, it’s free. So doing meditations really helps you appreciate everything around you and that you have in your life and to have a regulated nervous system, which those chic girls just have because they do this. They found ways to regulate their nervous system and be grateful and rewire how their brain thinks. They just see everything as amazing, beautiful, and calm even when it might not be. But to handle it gracefully is the goal. 2. Morning gratitude practise (Answer prompts in Angel Habs app for free) Two is that they do a morning gratitude prompt and think about what they’re grateful for at the start of every day and think about what they’re looking forward to throughout the day, so then it’s more likely to happen or they’ll recognize it. It’s like if I say don’t look for red cars, you’re just going to see red cars. So your focus and intention matters. So doing meditations and thinking about what you’re grateful for, especially in the morning when your brain is most receptive to these things, really shapes your day. Again, the habit tracker has it literally within there. You open it up and it has all these morning gratitude prompts. So you never have to use the Five Minute Journal or one of those gratitude journals again. 3. Positive thoughts to start the day Three is that they do affirmations. Again, in the Angel Habs habit tracker. I swear I’m like a walking ad for this thing. I never found a way to integrate affirmations into my life because you’d have to find them on Pinterest. This app just makes it so easy. Like, I do my meditation, then my morning gratitude prompts, and then I pick an affirmation and it checks them all off for me. It feels so great. 4. Slow down and enjoy Four is then that they stretch and get ready for their day slowly because they’ve given themselves enough time. Maybe that’s going to sleep early so that you can wake up early and have that time, or just shifting everything in your day to allow time for this. Just being more intentional with small moments and paying attention instead of just flying through your morning and not remembering how you got to the next place. 5. Drink a hot beverage Five is that they drink a hot water or drink in the morning. Definitely having food before caffeine. And then they get to check that habit off their habit tracker as well.
