Their service is a scam, but what's worse is their support team, which simply swears at you! They write to you from other email addresses and threaten you.
I had a $99 subscription for 2-3 months, then in month 4 I didn't use it. They tried to charge me but couldn't get their money out. Most softwares would cancel after failed attempts, but Creatify didn't. I was then told I need to pay for month 5, that my payment was for month 4 when I couldn't even render videos. Pure manipulation and deceit.
Seemed great at first, then after trying to create several HD product videos, it would just load for hours then time out and say error, leaving me out 20+ credits each time. This has been an ongoing issue, and support now doesn't even reply to my refund requests.
Awful app and even worse customer service. They have just fraudulently charged me $588 for a service I haven't used in months since cancelling as it was so bad. Not fit for purpose, definitely not worth $588 and not to be trusted. Avoid at all costs.
