Everything is energy. God does not exist in the way popular culture makes it out to be; God is conscious awareness, a cumulation of all your thoughts, feelings and beliefs 2. You can bend the universe to your favor because you are the universe. This is the law of manifestation. Become what you seek 3. Pain is your spiritual coursework. Your higher self pre-selected your life to remember itself, how YOU are consciousness. Stop running from your pain, it's there for you to alchemize into strength 4. We are all connected. Every person you meet was destined to learn from you, and you from them. Take every interaction as an opportunity to examine yourself in a mirror: what you dislike or see in them is what you reject within yourself 5. Let go, it has nothing to do with you. Your higher selves made a pact before this lifetime to meet and one from one another. Again, it's spiritual coursework, not personal 6. You already have the answers, you have to listen within. We've become so cerebral in our society, we've tuned out our intuition. Even if it makes no logical sense, follow where your energy goes (responsibly!). It will take a while to fine-tune your intuition once more, but your gut always knows
